Baturhan Başkurt – Founding Partner

Throughout my professional career spanning since 1988, I have held various sales and marketing positions at national and international corporate companies such as Şişecam, Efes Pilsen, British American Tobacco Turkey, Areas Proje Pazarlama, and Emlakjet.

After entering the real estate sector in 2008, I managed sales and rental services for A+ properties along the Bosphorus line. Subsequently, I held management roles in various projects within the scope of project marketing, and in later years, I served in senior executive positions in property sales to foreigners. I have gained sales and marketing experience in every aspect of the real estate business, including residences, villas, and commercial properties.

When establishing K&B Proje Pazarlama, my goal was to provide sustainable 'benefit' for all by applying my own business ethics while doing the work I know best. Everyone in the real estate sector should know that we are not just selling people a 'product,' but also opening a door to their new lives. As K&B Proje Pazarlama, we act with the awareness that we are doing work that touches human lives, not merely for purposes such as profitability, trade, or economic development. The focus of our business—and the primary goal of our entire team—is to give people the value they deserve while meeting their housing needs.

Kudret HAZER – Founding Parter

I continue my professional life, which I started in 1986 with our family business in the automotive sector.

I began my professional career in Real Estate Project Marketing in 2012—a time when this concept was not as widespread as it is today and was even met with surprise. Over a significant period, I had the opportunity to manage the sales and marketing processes of numerous prestigious real estate projects. Particularly over the last 5 years, I have become intensively involved in property sales to foreign investors. Observing that this became an indispensable part of the sector after 2020, I have focused on developing efficient and sustainable models in this direction.

I believe that qualities such as speed, efficiency, diligence, composure, and analytical thinking lead an individual to success in business life. I also believe that companies, just like people, must adapt to changing and evolving conditions and should not resist change.
